Phenomenal experience insofar as pricing, negotiation, and delivery. Alas, I lost a gentleman’s wager as to whether my Breitling Emergency was larger than the purchased Panerai (TNS was accurate, albeit by a micron…goes to show you should never tell an expert his business!). Went in to get one of my family watches that was passed down looked at and fixed up. Very professional and detailed in going over prices and services. Not an easy thing,but when you’re a skilled tradesman you know what you’re doing and he does. Great guy, went there today to get some work done to a watch my grandson wanted me to give him. Henry put a new battery in it, shorten the band and polished the crystal and watch. He made it look like new.
