Between navigating Center City and taking long weekend walks along the Schuylkill River Trail, our feet take a beating. So, it’s practical to know the best spots for reflexology in Philadelphia.
This isn’t just about booking any quick foot rub; it’s about finding a spot that understands pressure points, stress relief, and real post-shift recovery. Luckily, Philly has several low-key gems worth knowing.
I also liked that some of these places fit easily into a broader wellness routine with local personal trainers or nearby aesthetic clinics. Check out my reviews below!
How much does reflexology cost in Philadelphia?
A typical reflexology session in Philadelphia usually ranges from $30 for a quick half-hour reset to around $90 for a full hour of deep relaxation.

1. Well Feet Spa

Website: https://www.pawellfeetspa.com/
Address: 1900 Grant Ave
Contact: 267-888-1386
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM; last appointment at 8:30 PM
Tucked away in Grant Plaza, Well Feet Spa is the kind of Northeast Philly stop that feels practical when your feet are done for the day. It treats foot reflexology and foot massage as core services, so the session does not feel like an afterthought.
I liked that the focus stays on acupressure, circulation, and stress relief, and the shopping center parking makes the visit much easier than most city spa trips.
You can also find several modalities here, including cranial therapy (CT) and hot stone massage. Plus, the pricing feels approachable for a quick reset, especially if you want something low-fuss.
Just be prepared because the room isn’t always as quiet as a luxury spa, and the experience can vary depending on the therapist you get.
Will definitely be back
Me and my best friend decided to try this place because we wanted to do their foot reflexology. There staff were very friendly. My massage therapist was CeCe, she gave me one of the best massages I have had in a very long time. I will definitely be back next month.

2. HM Foot Spa

Website: https://www.hmfootspa.com/
Address: 6201 N Front St, Unit 101

Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Walking into a place with more than a decade of experience immediately makes me feel calmer when my arches are screaming for help.
HM Foot Spa keeps foot reflexology at the center of its wellness menu and takes a more holistic approach than a basic walk-in massage shop. I like that the session lengths are flexible, with 50- and 90-minute options if you want more than a quick reset.
The studio also uses organic products and wellness-focused techniques, which gives the service a softer, less rushed feel. A regular I spoke with said the therapists were especially good at finding where stress had settled.
The main drawbacks are the noise level when the place gets busy and the tipping interaction, which some guests find a little awkward.
The best reflexology yet relaxing massage ever!
Hands down the best reflexology yet relaxing massage ever! First off the establishment is beautiful and smells amazing! I am 40+ weeks pregnant with achy swollen feet and my therapist did a phenomenal job helping me with that! I just may come back the end of the week for another round if baby doesn’t come yet. You will not be disappointed!

Wonderful
Awesome service from beginning to end. The staff is amazing. Sam was my greater and he took great care of me. It is reflexology and the treatment is wonderful. Alice was the best! Hand, foot, head and shoulders and then the surprise was the body massage. Alice motion me to turn over on my stomach. I was not expecting that but it was great.

3. Treat My Feet Foot Massage Spa

Website: https://tmfspa.com/
Address: 401 East Girard Avenue
Contact: 267-616-3769
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 9:00 PM
If you’re wandering through Fishtown after a long day, Treat My Feet is a nice change from a standard foot rub. The studio focuses on foot massage and reflexology, and its distinctive foot soak experience makes the visit feel more intentional.
I especially liked that clients can choose options like rose or ginger and still get some upper-body work while the feet are soaking.
The treatment feels both therapeutic and intense in a good way because it blends Chinese reflexology with techniques like Shiatsu.
However, the open-concept setup may not work if you want privacy, and Fishtown parking can be frustrating during busy hours. Nevertheless, it’s convenient if you’re already nearby for shopping or dinner.
This place is so CLEAN, friendly and super affordable.
Phenomenal. Top to bottom, my experience here was so incredibly enjoyable and relaxing. I truly couldn’t believe how much work my masseuse was putting into my session. This place is so CLEAN, friendly and super affordable. I did the 1 hour long combo and spent half the time thinking about all the people I needed to tell about this place. A fantastic addition to the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and treat your feet!!

4. Hy Asia Massage

Website: https://hyasiamassage.wixsite.com/19147
Address: 1220 South St
Contact: 267-265-5783
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Finding a South Street spot that actually listens to your specific pain points can be tricky, but Hy Asia Massage feels more customized than expected.
Here, you can expect massage therapy and reflexology as part of the core wellness menu. The focus is less on spa frills and more on working through tension.
I dropped in after a long day around the Italian Market, and the arch work they did was exactly what I needed.
The studio is also useful for couples or small groups, and the late hours make it easier to go after work.
That said, this isn’t a luxury spa experience. Some guests mention very little massage oil, and the pressure can be stronger than expected, so it’s worth speaking up early if you need a gentler touch.
I felt very relaxed afterwards
It was my first time to come here and I had a great massage experience. I felt very relaxed afterwards and the foot reflexology was an amazing touch. I would advise you call before coming to make an appointment or ask if someone is available because it’s a smaller place. It is very cozy environment and clean also.

I love how they incorporate reflexology
Hy Asia is an excellent massage parlor with affordable rates. As someone with chronic pain and spinal issues, they have been lifesavers when it comes to managing my condition. I’ve even come in with an active migraine and left the parlor feeling back to normal! I love how they incorporate reflexology into their massages. They’ve also been able accommodate same-day and last minute massage requests. The environment is nothing fancy but it is clean and cozy!

5. The Spruce Massage Studio (Relet’s Foot Spa)

Website: https://www.thesprucemassage.com/
Address: 1220 Spruce St
Contact: 267-231-1885
Hours: Monday-Sunday, 10:00 AM – 8:30 PM
If you want a Center City option that mixes foot work with deeper body relief, The Spruce Massage Studio, also known as Relet’s Foot Spa, is easy to keep on your list.
The studio focuses on foot reflexology and Chinese deep tissue (DT) massage, using traditional techniques to reduce stress and promote overall wellness.
I liked that they’re centrally located on Spruce Street, making visits practical for nearby workers or residents. Plus, they often run discount promotions or bundled pricing for foot and body sessions, which helps keep longer visits affordable.
They’re very popular, though. You may still wait a bit, even with a reservation, and the layout does not offer much sound privacy from other guests.
My favorite Chinese reflexology massage
I’ve been going to Relet’s foot spa for a couple years now and it is my favorite Chinese reflexology massage. Their massages are very affordable and I always leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. The type of massage they practice is different from traditional spas in the city. It’s a little more intense but the massage therapists there are receptive to your needs so you can always ask for less or more pressure.

The atmosphere was really calming
The massage and prices are amazing (had the 60 minute body massage and 30 minute foot massage for $80!). The atmosphere was really calming, and my masseuse used the perfect amount of pressure the entire time. I’ve never felt this light and happy after a massage, will definitely come back again once I’m in town. Highly recommend!
