Address: 1515 Market Street, Suite 1200, Philadelphia, PA 19102
Contact: 888-667-0448

If you need an immediate corporate footprint, American Executive Centers delivers a highly polished image.
The fully serviced move-in-ready executive offices come packed with furnished desks and helpful reception services so you can start working instantly. There are also solid virtual office options if you don’t need physical desks every single day.
You also get extreme flexibility in rental terms with daily or monthly options that work well for growing startups.
On top of that, the high-touch concierge-style business support handles your mail and administrative tasks smoothly.
However, some of the interior offices suffer from limited natural light, and the nearby street noise can sometimes distract you during calls.
I’ve rented space here and had a virtual office
Great place to rent space, especially for solo attorneys. Paralegals on staff at reasonable prices and they will take care of anything you need. I’ve rented space here and had a virtual office. Cannot recommend both enough!

The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating
AEC is exceptional! I recently started my business and began renting a virtual office space. The staff is extremely welcoming and accommodating. Even though I am not there on a daily basis, it truly does feel like you rent a regular space with them- from staff remembering your name and making your clients feel like it is YOUR office. I hope to continue expanding my business and have my office there full time!

Working inside a historic landmark building brings a ton of creative energy to your routine. The Yard’s multi-floor setup sits in the Steele Building, offering a highly walkable address and a massive rooftop deck.
A freelancer we talked to told us that the skyline views are perfect for informal client chats. The flexible workspace mix also makes it easy to scale from open coworking desks to fully private offices as needs change.
On a practical level, members benefit from secure 24/7 access within an artistic, design-led environment filled with curated installations.
Day-to-day operations are also supported by an on-site community management team that helps keep things running smoothly with a range of business services.
But keep in mind that the front desk staffing can be inconsistent for visitors, and the phone booths lack electrical outlets.
Affordable, clean and more importantly FRIENDLY! office space
We have tried for YEARS to find an affordable, clean and more importantly FRIENDLY! office space. The others want to hard sell and scare me with dense contracts but Brad Shilling and the folks at The Yard make it far easier for the little guy.

Address: 3675 Market Street, Philadelphia, PA 19104

Hours: Available 24/7
Teams focused on research and growth will find a strong fit at CIC Philadelphia. This active University City hub offers flexible workspace options that range from private suites to specialized laboratory spaces designed to support more technical and research-driven work.
One of its biggest advantages is the all-inclusive, fully managed setup. This removes the burden of day-to-day facility maintenance and helps eliminate unexpected operational costs, allowing teams to focus more on their core work.
Members also benefit from high-end shared amenities, including unmetered conference room access and fully stocked kitchens.
On top of that, secure 24/7 access is paired with entry to CIC’s global network of international campuses.
That said, the pricing sits at the higher end of the local market, making it less accessible for early-stage startups.

If you appreciate boutique, design-led coworking spaces with a hospitality-first approach, Bond Collective might be right up your alley.
We spent a full afternoon working there recently and were immediately struck by the unique architecture, especially the wraparound terrace.
Inside, the flexible workspace options are well thought out. They easily accommodate everything from solo consultants to larger, growing teams that need premium private suites.
Another major advantage is its central location near Suburban Station, making daily commuting straightforward and convenient for the entire team.
On top of that, members enjoy a range of all-inclusive perks, including cold kombucha on tap and secure 24/7 access.
The building’s internet connection, though, can occasionally become unstable during heavy video meetings.
Best office I’ve worked at by far
The Bond is the best office I’ve worked at by far. The location is perfect, the amenities are stellar, the staff is friendly, helpful, and they’re all-around great people – Emma, Nick, and Blanca create a wonderful, welcoming space. I started out renting conference space a few times a month and I’ve loved it so much that I got a co-working membership so I could come in more often.

Our private office is perfect for our small firm
We joined Bond Collective in April and are incredibly happy here. Our private office is perfect for our small firm and the larger space is beautiful. Both the amenities and the staff are fantastic! We are so glad we landed here.

5. Mindspace Wanamaker (Philadelphia)

Website: https://www.mindspace.me/philadelphia/wanamaker/
Address: 100 E Penn Square, Suite 400, Philadelphia, PA 19107
Contact: +1 267-406-5180
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM (24/7 for members)
Mindspace Wanamaker is located within the famous Wanamaker Building, directly across from City Hall, placing it in one of the most recognizable addresses in the city.
Inside, the space offers fully furnished, move-in-ready private offices. There are also spacious team suites highlighted by striking high ceilings.
Beyond the workspace itself, members also get access to a solid mix of amenities, including a well-equipped gym and the building’s beautiful central atrium
You also have secure 24/7 access, strong transit links, and the benefit of Mindspace’s global network if you work across locations.
That said, bathroom access is located outside the main suite area and requires a key fob, which can feel slightly inconvenient in day-to-day use.
A fantastic private office space combined with access to communal spaces
The Mindspace Philly team has designed a co-working space that’s perfect for our company culture. We have a fantastic private office space combined with access to communal spaces, conference rooms, and private booths so we have options that cover all the different ways we do business. And the Mindspace team itself is fantastic, always ready to answer questions or lend a hand — and they keep us fed and caffeinated daily with fun events sprinkled in throughout the month! Highly recommend this if your company is considering a new office space whether your team is fully in office or hybrid.

I love coming into the office
Great coworking space! The amenities are topnotch. I love coming into the office. There are many areas to work if you need to get away from your desk. The call rooms and meeting spaces are convenient when you need privacy. The staff organizes a variety of community events that are a great way to meet other members.
