If you’ve spent years squinting at road signs or always searching for your glasses, you know how exhausting that can be. It often feels like you’re always adjusting your vision just to make it through the day.
Some people focus on self-care, like visiting a good dental clinic or trying permanent makeup to make mornings easier. Improving your eyesight is another upgrade that can make a big difference.
Fortunately, it’s now easier to find the best LASIK in Philadelphia. Let’s look at your options.
How much does LASIK cost in Philadelphia?
LASIK in Philadelphia typically costs between $4,000 and $6,000 for both eyes, with most patients paying around $2,000 to $3,000 per eye, depending on the technology used and the complexity of their vision correction needs.

1. Dr. Brad H. Feldman, MD

Address: 1930 S. Broad St.
Contact: (215) 339-8100
Hours: Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Dr. Brad Feldman is an eye surgeon who helps patients feel at ease about LASIK, even if they’re nervous. From what I’ve heard, his team explains each step clearly, so you know what will happen before the surgery even begins.
They use the Contoura® Vision system, which maps thousands of points on your eye to create a detailed treatment plan. This can help reduce glare and halos after surgery.
Their advanced laser technology delivers precise results and offers a range of vision correction options tailored to your needs.
However, appointments can sometimes run behind schedule, which may lead to longer wait times during visits.

Address: 1800 JFK Boulevard
Contact: (866) 453-2660

Kremer Eye Center is well known for their long history in eye care, including performing some of the earliest LASIK procedures in North America. Many patients trust them for their experience and steady innovation.
The clinic uses advanced 3D eye mapping technology to create a detailed plan for each patient. They also offer implantable lens options, such as ICL, for people who may not qualify for LASIK.
Their experience with different vision correction methods is a plus, giving patients more flexibility in treatment choices.
However, some patients report minor bruising at the IV site after procedures, which can be uncomfortable for those with sensitive skin.
I give it a 10 all across the board
The office is always clean, I’ve never experienced a wait time longer than 20 minutes, and the doctor answers all of my questions in detail which I love because I usually have lots os questions. I give it a 10 all across the board.

LASIK feels less stressful at Philadelphia Eye Associates since pricing is kept simple and easy to understand. The all-inclusive fee system helps patients avoid confusion about hidden or extra costs, making planning easier from the start.
From what I’ve seen, the clinic uses modern laser technology for precise vision correction and creates treatment plans based on detailed eye scans.
Plus, they offer options such as EVO ICL for patients who are not ideal candidates for LASIK, providing greater flexibility in care.
However, the clinic can get very busy, which sometimes leads to longer wait times. Some patients also mention that front-desk communication can be inconsistent during peak hours.
The process was quick & with ease
Arrived for my appointment, was checked in immediately. The wait time to be seen was literally 2 minutes. Questions were asked about my health & eye problems as the staff was very polite & attentive . The process was quick & with ease.

4. Wills Eye Surgery Center

Website: https://www.willseye.org/
Address: 3340 S. Broad Street
Contact: (215) 463-1900
Hours: Monday – Friday: 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Wills Eye is one of the most trusted names in Philadelphia eye care, dating back to 1832. They’re known for their strong reputation and highly experienced surgical team.
As a large non-profit hospital system, the clinic offers patients access to many eye specialists and advanced care options. Among those is how they use a blade-free laser method that combines precise corneal reshaping with modern safety tools.
The environment feels very structured and safety-focused, with strict checks done before surgery.
However, their candidacy requirements are quite strict, so not everyone will qualify for LASIK here, especially if there are concerns with corneal thickness or eye stability.
An exceptional experience
I wish to commend your staff @ Wills surgical center on South Broad St. They were excellent 2 me. All of them! Especially Dolores & Andrew. But I had an exceptional experience there yesterday. Thanks to the wonderful, caring & professionalism! GOD BLESS your staff @ the South Philadelphia location always & thank you all so MUCH.

Plus, the clinic welcomes second opinions, especially for patients who were told they were not eligible elsewhere. This makes it a strong option for complex cases.
The downside is that appointment delays are fairly common, so visits can sometimes run behind schedule. Some patients also mention that different staff members, including trainees, may assist during the process.

Doctors are good
The wait time is ridiculous. But as for service from the staff it was pleasant. I waited for an hour and a half just to be called to a waiting room. Well the wait did get much better and of course the doctors are good.
