We extensively test and research all services we review. Here's why you can trust us.
  • Board Certification - We made sure each clinic’s doctors have up-to-date credentials from the American Board of Internal Medicine, so you know you’re getting care from qualified pros who meet tough national standards.
  •
  • Hospital Affiliation - We chose practices that partner with major hospitals in Philadelphia. This way, if you ever need more advanced treatment, your care stays smooth and connected.
  •
  • Clinic Accessibility - We checked how easy it is to visit every location. Looking at nearby public transit and parking options means getting to your appointment won’t add extra stress to your day.
  •
  • Range of Services - We picked clinics that offer plenty of in-house testing, like echocardiograms and important heart screenings. Having everything under one roof makes staying on top of your health much simpler.
  •
  • Reputation and Feedback - We looked at patient reviews and local ratings for 2026. This helps us pick clinics where the staff treats you with real care and respect, not just as another appointment.

Customer Reviews:

I love that he’s calm, listened to me and has a great memory

Dr. Singer is great! Besides his knowledge as a cardiologist, I love that he’s calm, listened to me and has a great memory. One of my other doctors always speaks really fast, rushes out, and doesn’t take his time to listen to me. Dr. Singer is the opposite, I might see him for 5 minutes, but he’s calm, actually looks & listened to me.

The staff was really kind and professional

It was clean and had a pleasant atmosphere.  The Staff was really kind and professional.  As a woman of color I didn’t feel intimidated as I sometimes do in some other new establishments.  My review will remain high unless I experience something that is very uncool.  So keep up the good work.  Anyone who is looking for a competent Cardiologist, Dr. MacMillan is your man.

She is very knowledgeable, caring and compassionate

My go to doctors for sure. Had LVAD in late October and feeling great. They always go above and beyond to explain things in terms I can understand and take the time to answer my questions no matter how trivial they may seem. A top notch group for sure !!

One of the best cardiologists in the country

Matthew DeCaro, MD, is the kindest person I have ever met.

I am alive today because of he and his colleagues at Jeff Heart Institute♥️. He really listens and cares about his patients. One of the best cardiologists in the country. The staff is excellent.

They’re also equipped to handle complex needs, like women’s heart health and preventative lipid management.

The only thing to watch out for is that finding your way to the clinic can be tricky at first because there are several entrances. In fact, one patient we spoke with mentioned it took them a couple of visits to get comfortable with the route.

Customer Reviews:

Wouldn’t go anywhere else

Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Poll is terrific-I never mind the long wait times to receive excellent care. I could have chosen to see just about any cardiologist in Phila -I chose Dr Poll and have never ever had an occasion think of changing! By the way, I drive about 90 minutes every time I see him?

Very thorough, knowledgeable

Terrific team of Cardiologist!  Very thorough, knowledgeable, and strong ability to explain things.  All are great, but Sharon Rubin is top notch if you want all of those things with great bedside manner.  She was interested in hearing from me and included “my story” in the online notes.  Impressive because to her point, there is always a story and it gives more context.
